No Borders Consulting Helps U.S. Business to Expand to Brazil
In April 2014, Reinaldo Panico Peres went to Brazil to help a U.S. based manufacturing company expand into the South American market. The company is in the chemical industry and intends to be established in Brazil by the end of this year. The reason for the expansion is to better serve its Brazilian clients as well as reducing its shipping costs. Moreover, one of its largest customers (Pilgrim’s Corp) was acquired by Brazil’s giant JBS S.A. – the largest animal protein processor in the world with 140 production facilities. “This will certainly give our client a fantastic opportunity to sell directly to the parent company”, said Peres. During his visit, Reinaldo went to São Paulo, SP, and Itajaí/Navegantes, SC.
