Centralina Workforce Development Board Annual Retreat in Winston-Salem, NC.

Last May 14^th to 16^th, the Centralina Workforce Development Board met in Winston-Salem for its Annual Retreat and Reinaldo Panico Peres, as one of its Board Member, was present. He said: “I believe that our Retreat was extremely beneficial. Our Board remains very much committed in helping our communities reduce, if not eliminate, the skills gap facing our labor force. Peres continued: “We all know how critical a competent workforce is when we are recruiting new businesses. The truth of the matter is that our target industries require workers that are versed on today’s technology and production methods.”
