Maistro Investments Launches Shell Building in Partnership with No Borders
Brazilian executive Eduardo Maistro, sole shareholder of Maistro Investments LLC., is investing in Lincoln County with the construction of a 45,000 square foot shell building at the Lincoln County Industrial Park (LCIP); a groundbreaking ceremony was held Friday, August 22, to kick off the construction. The Lincoln Economic Development Association (LEDA) will assist in marketing the facility designed for manufacturing.
Through his relationship with Reinaldo Panico Peres, President & CEO of No Borders Consulting Group, Maistro Investments expressed interest in investing in the US. After a tour of Lincoln County and discussions with LEDA of the need for product to market, Maistro Investments decided to focus on the Lincoln County Industrial Park (LCIP) to build the structure. The company acquired approximately 11 acres, which faces Hwy 321. The building will consist of 26 foot ceiling height, loading docks, and is expandable to 110,000 square feet.
“When I first presented the opportunity to Eduardo, I showed him LCIP on the LEDA website and pointed out the quality of his future neighbors – he was quite impressed! Then, during his visit to the Charlotte region, he simply loved the accessibility to the park and the fact that it was so close to Charlotte’s International Airport.” said Reinaldo Panico Peres.
Eduardo commented: “I am very happy that No Borders, through my friend Panico, suggested this location for my investments. The quality of the companies already located in the industrial park
showed me the result of LEDA’s historical success and it gives me confidence in their ability to use our prime product in order to bring more jobs to Lincoln County.”
