US Representative Patrick McHenry Visits “Former” Spec Building at Lincoln County Industrial Park

Congressman Patrick McHenry and LEDA Executive Director Cliff Brumfield joined R. Panico Peres, President & CEO of No Borders Consulting Group, on a visit to the building for which No Borders managed to find a private investor from Brazil (Maistro Investments LLC) freeing up the County from its original commitment of financing it directly. Moreover, No Borders negotiated with another Brazilian firm, Borghetti Turbos, to become a tenant to this building. Borghetti was interested in a larger site than the 5.5 acres No Borders had negotiated with LEDA in the same park.
